rice price today May 30, 2022: Export rice price increased by 5 USD/ton. Today’s rice price in the Mekong Delta provinces decreased with raw rice while finished rice remained stable. Dry bran price also decreased by 100 – 200 VND/kg. Regarding the rice export situation, the current export price of Vietnam’s rice increased sharply by 5 USD/ton. Currently, 5% broken rice is at 423 USD/ton, up 3 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 403 USD/ton, up 3 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is 378 USD/ton, up 5 USD/ton; Jasmine rice is 528 – 532 USD/ton. Thus, with this price, Vietnamese rice is narrowing the gap with Thai rice.
