Currently, 100% broken rice is at 373 USD/ton, an increase of 3 USD/ton compared to yesterday. 5% broken rice is 420 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is 400 USD/ton; Jasmine rice is 528 – 532 USD/ton. Meanwhile, the export rice prices of Thailand and Pakistan increased by 2-5 USD/ton. Accordingly, after adjusting the price up by 2 USD/ton, on May 23, the export price of 5% broken rice of Thailand offered on the world market was 445 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is priced at 434 USD/ton after increasing by 3 USD/ton; 100% broken rice from Thailand also increased by 3 USD/ton, selling at 413 USD/ton. Pakistan’s export rice prices also increased by 2-5 USD/ton for all 3 types of rice.
