Pepper prices today, July 3, 2022, continue to trade around 69,000 – 72,000 VND/kg. This week, domestic pepper prices have decreased by another 500 – 1,000 VND/kg. This week, domestic pepper prices are decreasing by 1,000 VND/kg in the Southeast provinces and 500 VND/kg in the Central Highlands region. Meanwhile, Vietnam’s black and white pepper export prices are decreasing by 100 USD/ton, equivalent to 3,750 USD/ton for 500g/l black pepper and 5,700 USD/ton for white pepper. Increased purchasing power from the Chinese market has helped our country’s pepper exports grow. Thanks to that, Vietnam’s pepper exports in June 2022 reached nearly 25,000 tons, the highest since the beginning of the year, bringing the export value to over half a billion USD after the first half of 2022. Currently, the country’s pepper exports are waiting for another adjustment from the Fed’s July meeting. Compared to January 1, 2022, domestic pepper prices are down by 10,000 VND/kg (nearly 13%). The domestic pepper market is still heavily dependent on pepper exporters and FDI enterprises. Once these units proactively lower their purchase prices, domestic pepper prices will slide across the board, despite reduced output, high sentiment to keep goods, or positive signals from the Chinese market. In the world market, Sri Lanka’s domestic pepper prices increased after many months of deep decline, while pepper markets in other countries mainly decreased and remained stable. #pepper #hotpepper #news #agriculture #nhanong #mientay #taynguyen #pepper #pepper price today #pepper price #pepper today #pepper price udaklak #pepper price ubinhphuoc #pepper price dongnai #the latest pepper price
