The 1.3-hectare rice field has been overripe and damaged for more than 10 days, but Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhao, 52 years old, Vinh Thanh commune, Phuoc Long district (Bac Lieu) has been waiting for a long time but still hasn’t seen the harvester owner come to harvest like every year.
