Latest fertilizer prices on February 23, 2022: Fertilizer prices are stagnant at a high level, however, urea prices are expected to decrease at the end of February and the beginning of March. Some dealers have reduced prices to push out inventory. According to preliminary statistics from the General Department of Customs, fertilizer exports to foreign markets increased for the 5th consecutive month, January 2022 increased by 51.5% in volume, 70% in value and 12.3% in price compared to December 2021. Compared to January 2021, there was also a sharp increase of 78% in volume, 348% in value and 151.6% in price, reaching 226,155 tons, equivalent to 171.7 million USD, with an average price of 759.2 USD/ton.
