Domestic coffee prices today, September 21, remained stable. Currently, domestic coffee prices fluctuate at 46,900 – 47,500 VND/kg. For the world coffee market, coffee prices on both exchanges today, September 21, increased sharply. At the end of the trading session, Robusta coffee prices on the London exchange for November 2022 delivery increased by 36 USD, closing at 2,238 USD/ton. Arabica coffee prices on the New York exchange for December 2022 delivery reversed to increase, up 3.85 cents, closing at 224.95 cents/lbs. According to the International Coffee Organization (ICO), global coffee exports in July reached 10.1 million bags (60kg/bag), down 6.6% over the same period last year. In the first 10 months of the 2021-2022 crop year (October 2021 to July 2022), global coffee exports decreased by 0.3% compared to the same period last year, down to 108.8 million bags. However, exports decreased in most regions, except for Asia and Oceania, which still maintained a good growth rate. The domestic coffee market, due to the coffee season not yet coming, has a small coffee inventory, which is expected to help domestic coffee prices remain stable since September 18. According to experts, given the developments in world coffee prices, domestic coffee prices are also under great pressure and may decline. According to statistics, Vietnamese coffee has been exported to more than 80 countries and territories, the second largest export scale in the world, accounting for 14.2% of the global green coffee export market share. Vietnam’s main coffee export markets include: Europe, the US, Russia, Japan, and the UK. Diversifying markets in any context will still be a positive direction to help Vietnam expand opportunities for agricultural products. The Ministry of Industry and Trade recommends that Vietnamese enterprises quickly take advantage of the opportunities brought by the UKVFTA. According to the UKVFTA’s commitment, after 6 years since the UKVFTA comes into effect, the UK will eliminate import taxes on 99.2% of tax lines, equivalent to 99.7% of Vietnam’s export turnover. In addition, the EU has committed to protecting 39 Vietnamese geographical indications related to coffee. On the sidelines, Trung Nguyen Legend Group has just officially opened a coffee shop in Shanghai (China) after 5 years of establishing a representative office. The Chinese coffee market is a potential billion-dollar market. The fact that a Vietnamese coffee group is entering this billion-people market will open up opportunities to build a network of distributors and partners in China and boost official coffee exports. #coffee_price #coffee_price_today #latest_coffee_price #standard_coffee_price #coffee_price_trend #coffee_price #coffee_price #agriculture #nhannong #mientay #lamdong_coffee_price #edaklak_coffee_price #daknong_coffee_price #gialai_coffee_price #kontum_coffee_price #world_coffee_price
