fertilizer prices today, May 13, 2022: Urea offers continued to show a slight downward trend amid slow trading. In the world market, the prices of 5 types of fertilizers remained stable, urea decreased. According to DTN, the prices of 5 types of fertilizers in the week ending May 6 remained stable compared to the previous week; urea, MAP decreased while DAP increased. Potash, 10-34-0, and dry fertilizer prices remained stable and traded at 881 USD/ton, 906 USD/ton, and 1,534 USD/ton. Two other types remained unchanged, UAN28 and UAN32, at 631 USD/ton and 730 USD/ton, respectively. Urea and MAP decreased by 3 USD/ton and 1 USD/ton, respectively, to 1,001 USD/ton and 1,081 USD/ton. DAP increased by 8 USD/ton to 1,057 USD/ton. Compared to a month ago, MAP prices increased by 3%, DAP by 2%, potash and 10-34-0 base fertilizer both increased by 1%; UAN28 and UAN32 increased by less than 0.5%. Urea alone decreased by 3%. Compared to a year ago, 10-34-0 base fertilizer was 47% higher, MAP increased by 53%, DAP increased by 67%. Other types such as UAN28, UAN32, and urea were 76%, 83%, and 95% higher, respectively.
